Our History

Men Of the Night Uganda started as a support group by a group of Key populations and concerned human rights activists for marginalized communities living with HIV after the loss of 2 close members to the HIV/AIDS scourge as the society perceives it to be and yet nothing was done about it but rather continued to be a problem with in this community as more stigma and discrimination towards HIV positive members was on an increase. We later realized a number of issues from the growing membership and then we hopped for a bigger organizing that would deal with issues thus the birth of Men of the Night Uganda (MONU).
